Due to the fact that we do not monitor this site 24 hours a day, all items are subject to prior sale based on the time when orders are placed.
Payments and Exchange Rate:
We currently accept payment in EUR and GBP only. Advertised prices are set in EUR, for payments in GBP please contact us to get a quote of a daily exchange rate.
Wire transfers are our preferred method of payment. Our bank information will be emailed once the order is placed. All funds wired must be sent in the right currency agreed.
Online Credit/Debit Card Orders:
* Because of the difficulty in verification and identification on international credit card purchases, Wacth&Passion can not accept credit/debit cards for purchases delivered outside the UK. For international purchases, we will accept bank-to-bank wire transfers only. We are limiting the total amount charged on credit/debit cards to £3,000. This is response to the high incidence of fraudulent credit card usage.
* For security reasons, we will only ship to the billing address provided with your credit/debit card order. We hope you understand that this is for your protection as well as ours.
* Due to the high cost of processing credit cards, all payments made by credit card will be charged a non-refundable handling Fee of 3% over and above the purchase price and shipping. This fee will NOT affect payments made by wire transfer.
* A LEGIBLE photocopy, digital picture or scan of the front and back of valid identification (e.g. a driver’s license or passport) and the front and back of the credit/debit card to be charged and written and signed authorization to charge that specific card. Please email the requiered details above to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any order received without this information will not be processed.
Once payment is received and verified (could take up to 3 days), we will ship via overnight priority service, where is possible (domestic and EU shipping), for other destination we gonna book fastest available service. In addition, we will send an email with the tracking information. Please let us know if a specific courer is needed. For payment by card W&P reserves the right of 2 working day before shipping for security checks with our bank. In case of payment received of Friday, shipping will be postponed to first working day available. Contact us to check if shipping is available to your country. We’re offering a 7 days money back guarantee in case of defective merchandise only. In this case contact us immediately. If the watch is repairable, we can arrange a pick up to your address and resend it back once repaired, taking charge of all shippings and repairs. In case of unrepairable watch a full refund will be issued after the watch will be returned (in exactly same condition as sent) and pick up will be arranged by us as well. If customer decided to return a defective but ‘judged by us’ repairable watch, he must take charge of shipping costs; once we receive the watch back we will issue a full refund. We DO NOT accept returns on brand new watches (0 unoworn)! We are at disposal for any clarification on our return policy, so don’t hesitate to contact us.
We are happy to special order watches subject to the following conditions. We require an exact reference number and description of the desired piece and a 25% non-refundable deposit. Unfortunately, special orders are not subject to return policy and we cannot accept returns or provide credit on these special ordered pieces. The only exception is for defective merchandise.
